## Policies (summary)
- Full payment confirms a booking (Xendit link, 1-hour window). No partial payments.
- Free cancellation 14+ days before arrival; 50% fee 6–13 days; forfeited 1–5 days. One-hour grace period after booking.
- No extra adults beyond registered guests. Children's age policy: see the FAQ for the current rule.
- No videoke or loud speakers; quiet hours after 10 PM.
- Corkage: none for 1-2 guests. Groups of 3-8: PHP 2,000 per night for the whole booking (not per room), alcoholic drinks included, the full amount consumable at the restaurant, covering waitstaff service and eco-friendly dinnerware. 9 guests or more: by prior arrangement, rate varies. Never charged on water, baby formula or snacks.
- No guest kitchen and no cooking at the resort. Outside food and drink are welcome in the shared guest dining area, not in the restaurant and not in the rooms.
